I was pleased with how quickly they begin roofing my house and how quickly they finished the job. The clean up was great. Marcos has been friendly and courteous and called me often to let me know where we were in the process of getting started on the roof and then once the job had started, keeping me updated. Sanchez Bros installed siding as well as the gutter downspouts that needed to be replaced, on my home. I also asked them to new light fixtures and a new door bell and gutter covers. They still were able to do the job on time. Work was done on time and at the price that they quoted. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

We thought we had a roof leak, discovering it in the evening. Marcos walked us through steps on what to do immediately. He came in the morning to check it out and within a week we had a new roof, new insulation, and an improperly installed vent replaced. He was there when the insurance adjuster came and gave us superior customer service. Not only that, but his crew left our property clean. We've had neighbors with nails and debris left from other companies, but Sanchez Bros left everything immaculate. They went above and beyond for a more than reasonable cost and they're local! I had Marcos out quickly to give me a quote and go over my options after the hail storm last year. When the process started it was quick. All hurdles were cleared quickly, I had some rotted boards, and my roof and gutters look amazing. I was very happy with the work done and happy with the crew. They were courteous and friendly. Marcos was very thorough from start to finish. My 1 yr. old roof was damaged by the 2018 hail. When I questioned why (in 2019) the insurance estimate was approx. $3,000 less, he found that the previous roofer had not installed the impact resistant shingles (that I paid for!) in 2017. His roofers are very nice and explain what is going on. The gutter team was timely and organized. Very nice couple!

If you are looking for a good local contractor for roofing and siding repair Sanchez brothers is a good choice. I used Sanchez Brothers to replace the siding and a damaged window on my house caused by a hail storm a couple years back. Marcos (Sanchez) was easy to work with and was prompt and responsive in returning phone calls and emails. He worked closely with my insurance company and was very helpful in getting an acceptable settlement from them for everything that needed to be done. They did excellent work and completed the job on time and for the price agreed upon with my insurance company. He didn't try and nickel and dime me for extra charges beyond what the insurance company agreed to pay. All in all my work with Sanchez Brothers was an excellent experience.

My roof had a leak around one of the vents, when their guy came out to inspect he also found damage from a hail storm 6 months earlier. They helped me with providing the proof I needed to file my insurance claim and was great with communicating when the work was going to be done and answering all my questions.
